Fresh Start

It is just about Friday, which means the weekend is almost here. I'm ready for a fresh start.

And I'm taking Disco's advice...I'm starting a new book despite the fact that I haven't finished the one I'm reading), casting on something new (despite the fact that I have a gazillion projects on the needles), and rewatching Sunday's episode of Mad Men (because it was probably one of my favorite episodes yet and Jon Hamm is well, dreamy).

Happy almost Friday!

Fresh starts are good! It sounds like you need it right now, so no guilt! That book is awesome. I'm on the 3rd in the series. Hang in for the first 100 pages or so. The names and background are a little slow and cumbersome, the book is totally worth it. (I just saw the movie of the 2nd book this week with some girlfriends. 2+ hrs of subtitles, but worth it :-)

I really really enjoyed the trilogy of Stieg Larson books, and we have watched the Swedish version (with English subtitles) of the first movie. The movie looked amazingly like what I imagined while I read the first book. Enjoy!

I hope your new starts are keeping your spirits up! Seeing as it is the Jewish New Year, I think you should feel entitled to starting new things!
