Something special that rocks
Let the good times roll!
Those beignets look heavenly. I hope you also had time for a hurricane!
The balconies were my favorite thing about New Orleans. I wanted one with flowers, a ceiling fan and gas lamps.
Those beignets look terribly fattening and oh, so good! The pics of the Jazz club reminds me of Memphis and their blues clubs. Best part of Memphis.
Great pics! Can't wait to see what that something special is. It's a pretty stitch pattern!
How I miss the beignets from Cafe du Monde!!! And the coffee...The balcony shot is wonderful!!Great photoshoot!!!the stitch pattern looks very cool!! Can't wait to see more!!!
Oh m gosh, I just found your blog, and two comments:Love your socks! You have the cutest dog ever - what breed? Does she shed?
Ooo...did that much powdered sugar make you sneeze? I love the way the balconies all have that one hanging bushy plant in common.
The balconies are pretty, but the knitting takes the beignet. Gorgeous colour and pretty pattern. Don't keep us in suspense too long.....
Awesome! And... beignets. It's been so long, I want some now, yummy, fried goodness! Yum!
NICE! What a great spot to choose for a vacation!

I'm sitting here sipping my French Market Coffee (the only kind we brew in the weezahome) and can almost taste those yummy beignets! *sigh* *envy*

Love the vacation pictures! I just found your blog and I really enjoyed the pics of Orcas Island, I went to sixth grade camp there, many, many, many years ago. Camp looks like it was a great time, and lots of fun. Thanks for sharing.
