More Knot Hysteria!

IMG_2247

I was home sick today. Too bad this wasn't my view. I think I would have felt a wee bit better.

Oh, hey, did I show you the fabulous goody bags we got at Knot Hysteria! Stitch markers, yarns, amazing stuff!! Thank you to all the vendors who donated!

I finally got a chance to wear my Blackberry Brambles hat in The Plucky Knitter MCN Worsted, colorway Lipstick.

My Jingle Bell Rock Cotty socks had some fun during show and tell.

These will be a Christmas gift, although I don't think I'll be doing too much holiday knitting this year.

I think this card from Tilly Flop says it all.

Yes. Those are straight needles. I am attempting to practice lever knitting as Steph showed us in class. I can be more efficient. I can be more efficient. I can be more efficient. I hate straight needles. I can be more efficient.

Early morning in Port Ludlow. Sigh.

Happy Knitting!

My photo woes have moved into your blog, so I will have to wait 'til I go home this evening to see the photos. I do hope you feel better.

As for me? I love 10" straights. Too bad Sissy broke my faves over the weekend, sitting on a project bag in the window. (And yes, Sissy is the basset hound. Go figure!)

Ah, good times...
You scored some good yarn in that goody bag, too. Speaking of bags, I love the "coordinating" project bag you've got goin' on with your Jingle Cotties--- you're just special that way, aren't you? ;)
Glad you were able to get some rest yesterday.

I don't think I'll ever get tired of that Port Ludlow view! It's such a wonderful place!

I hate straights too and I bought a set of 14" from the clearance basket at my LYS just so i could practice lever knitting!

Hehehehe you're so funny. "I can be more efficient. I hate straight needles. I can be more efficient." I'm still giggling. I feel the same way.

Hope you feel better quickly!

What a wonderful place! Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well.

I dislike them straight needles too...great mantra for knitting with them though!

Oh and that card, perfect :)

Love the pics and note card's sentiment. I think I will adopt it myself! It DOES look like your Christmas Cotty's had a good time.

Feeling a bit sorry for myself that I didn't get to see you. But am consoling myself with the trip to Stitches West in February! : ]

Hope you feel better soon! (Really excited to see a photo of the goody bag treats. I donated the candles and am excited to see photographic proof that they've gone to good homes!)
