It was a busy, but fun weekend! Yesterday involved hanging out with Cupcakefaerie and friends. Look at Terry spin!

Well, they aren't King Cake or beignets, but these brownies were a hit at our family Super Bowl Party today!

Go Saints!! What a great game! So excited for their fans and the city of New Orleans!!

Work and life have been pretty hectic in the new year, but I'm seeing a light at the end of the tunnel! A fun week ahead....dad's birthday, my birthday, the start of the Olympics, Knitting Olympics, Valentine's Day, and something to really look forward too....a 3-day weekend!!!

Have a great week!

Okay, you got me with those brownies. I'm going to have to make some. Right now. I have all the ingredients, and a less than useful amount of butterscotch chips, so I'll throw those in, instead of nuts.

Look what you made me do!

I really need to make brownies this afternoon... and pay attention to my neglected wheel.

I've sworn I won't try spinning until DD goes off to college and I turn her room into my fiber sanctuary, so stop tempting me with these pictures!

I'm a Colts fan, but the Saints did a fantastic job and earned the title hands down...the commercials left me cold though.

Look at Terry go!!! Wow!! I'm thinking you'll be spinning before you know it!! :) :)

Yum on those brownies!! :)

Happy Birthday week!!! :) :)

Congrats to all you Saints fans. My little black-sheep Packer fan boy was rooting for them, too.

I feel a drop spindle in your future . . . . .

Fun times! Love the peek at Cupcakefaerie spinning-how much longer can you resist? And SnBLeslie's sock looks gorgeous? Is it a handspun yarn?...I'm a geek and didn't watch the Superbowl! ;)
