YAY!!! Always a fun time with IrishGirlieKnits, Nartian and Cupcakefaerie!!!

Guess I should post here, since I don't know when I'll get a chance to post on my blog:

2 cloves garlic
2 dried red peppers
1 sprig of Italian Parsley
Oive oil
Goat Cheese
salt and pepper

Chope garlic, peppers and parsley. Add to olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Allow cheese to sit in oil mixture for at least 20 minutes. Serve with sliced baguette.

EASY PEASEY! Brought to you by the American-Chinee-Girl-turned- Italian living in Cortona (aka, my sis...casachilene.com) A ricetta autentica italiana!

Cupcakefaerie was an awesome hostess & you & tapmouse had awesome cupcakes too. So glad we met up. Too bad I couldn't stay, but hopefully next time I can.

PS. I'll have to remember to print out that goat cheese recipe. So, so yummy!
