Reason #257 for why I can stick to this yarn diet

...because here is my "I want to knit list"

Seriously.

and I have all the yarn needed to complete these projects!

And, there is no way I could ever ever knit all of this this month (or next probably!). Oh, and there are 18 things on that list (and don't forget my "future" knits column!).

And, my June list will probably have 10 different things on it.

Seriously. I can go two months without buying new yarn, right?! Its been 32 days.

Happy Stashbusting!
xoxo Irishgirlieknits

P.S. Now that there's ravelry, am I the only one who makes little lists of projects I want to work on right now?

Thirty two days is great! My yarn diet lasted two days.

You can do it! (Said Rob Schneider-esqe)

Yeah, I'm thinking I can lay off for a good long while. Looking at it in list form would probably really help. I need to redo my Ravelry queue. But there is a certain satisfaction to writing it all down.

I can't make a list like that - Andrew would never let me go shopping again!

You can definitely make it.

I keep all of my "knit this month" items in my queue and the rest of the things I want to knit in my favorites. My favorites is pretty crazy looking.

But I love to write things down. I just like to look at my own handwriting.

At least you have a plan! I just keep walking around thinking "must not buy more yarn right now" and then purposely do my shopping and errands in a town without a yarn shop!

I haven't bought any yarn, outside of the Oz Club, since camp.....it is sooooo hard.
It's kind of fun rediscovering the stash though!

Honey, I have an Excel spreadsheet with a "Queue" tab that's 100 rows long.

Okay, I'm impressed on two levels. 32 days without new yarn is really something. However, you May to knit list looks like my YEAR knit list! Wow. You rock like your socks.

Wow! That's a big list. I'm exhausted just reading it. But I know you can do it!

Woohoo, 32 days! Not to worry, June is right around the corner. :)

OMG 32 days?!??!?! That's got to be hard. I think I'm lucky if I can go 2 days. :)

I love this! I was *just* planning to do a list myself to capture all the project ideas swirling around in my head!

and, I must say, I am so glad that you've got something for me (Liesl) on the list! ;)

I like the list idea...I keep mental lists, but at this stage that is risky biz!

Which Yarnissima sock are you going to make?
