Yes, I finished two pairs of socks this past week. But really, its not because I was at sock camp! I thought both of these would quickly be finished the weekend before Sock Camp in Seattle. But no. Then I thought, they'll be finished at camp at least. But no. Technically, one was finished on the plane ride home. The other one, yesterday.
Any Camp Crow's Feet campers remember this project? In packing for sock camp I came across the beginnings of my "Sock Scarf" from class last year. Five different skeins of STR, each adding another color to the last one. I decided to make plain vanilla socks instead of the scarf. Yay for finding very old projects in the closet and finishing them!
These are definitely my camp socks!
I also finished my Spring Forwards. In the lovely Plucky Knitter Merino Cashmere Nylon, colorway Bobbysocks!
My third pair of Spring Forwards, but my first pair for me! Yay! Love them!
I have to admit, it was hard reentering reality today. So I changed my desktop at work to look like this.......
Awww.....sock camp.....
Happy Monday!

Hooray, glad you are home safe and had a blast! Love both pairs, very cute and pretty!
Such pretty socks.
Sigh...the view from the room at camp.
I love the spring forwards. And your picture. I can really tell what they look like with this yarn. So pretty! Glad you had fun at camp; it looks like it was a blast.
I love that you finished up two pairs of socks in addition to however many you completed AT camp! I'm still not finished with the ONE pair I have on the needles...then again, maybe it's beause I stopped working on them?
The Spring Forwards certainly do look very springy. Pretty! And your desktop is pretty, too. :)
Good luck with that reality thing. It's never really worked so well for me, so I choose to ignore it.
ooh, love the scarf socks. Let us know which colours you used :0)
Pretty spring forwards too. I need to make some of these....
gorgeous socks!
I really do like both pairs - The first day back to work always seems like the hardest to me. Are you going to sock summit?
I never would've guessed that first pair was made with five different skeins! And WOW, those Spring Forwards are absolutely gorgeous!
Carrie, those pinkish socks are GORGEOUS! I am tres impressed at your amazing talent! Maybe one day I'll make some progress from only knitting scarves to knitting actual 3-D clothing....then again, maybe not :)
Great job!
Lovely socks - the Spring forwards are impressive indeed!
I love seeing people's socks knit out of different colors of the same base yarn- so interesting and fun!
Pretty, pretty Spring Forwards. I also love the Scarf socks! Yeah..the first day back..well sucks to put it bluntly! Have a good rest of the week!
Pretty socks!
I started Spring Forwards when I went to Seattle but it will be Fall Behind before i get them done!
I love those pink socks! That's the most amazing stitch definition. I'm usually not that big a fan, but for some reason, I've been knitting pink stuff lately... do you think it's contagious?
I would love more detail on the camp socks. 5 different colors? How exactly did you combine them? I love them, they look great. (And of course, Spring Forward is so pretty!)
Both pair of socks are gorgeous! Glad you had so much fun at camp and I'm a tad bit jealous.
Cool socks! I love that wavy pattern on the pink ones. Welcome home.
Yowza! I can't believe you finished so many socks! I'm still recovering and adjusting back to real life! I got sick of my Cat sock and moved on to the Baby Mine I had to start. It's chugging along and eventually I'll revisit the Cat Camp Sock...
I absolutely love all the yarns you dyed up!
Miss you!
I have a pair of 'Camp Socks' too. They are knitted the other way up from yours and I love them. YOu can see them on my Ravelry site.

I love your Plucky Knitter Spring Forwards!!! I passed up the cashmere blend at Churchmouse...not sure how that happened!
